The iPod turned five today, so run out and buy a couple to help celebrate the birth of such an amazing gadget. Love it or hate it, you can’t deny the fact that iPods have influenced the digital era more than any new product in the last ten years. 1 commentMy Animation System :: Open Source
Why use my animation system? First and foremost, the code is very clean. It is written and maintained in a manner that is very easy to understand and extend upon. You can tween any property/variable or even get/set functions. It is also very efficient. I have done tests with as many as 900 boxes on stage pulsing with no serious performance loss.
Included in the zip are all the necessary packages required to use the animation system, including the event system, core objects, and managers. Again, I am putting this out there for others to explore and learn from, and of course, to do some learning myself as I (hopefully) recieve feedback. Thanks and enjoy.

Sony announced that use of it’s PlayStation 3 online service will be free unlike Microsoft’s competing service. In addition, you can purchase a game online, download it, then give it to up to four of your friends for free. The first 500,000 consoles will also ship with a Blu-Ray copy of the movie Talladega Nights.
It’s pretty obvious that these tatics are in response to all of the negativity surrounding the $600 price point the PS3 will be sold at this November.
