Ryan! This is Jordan - we worked together at EA.

I just quit o’re there and am back at Full Sail now - working with Mat Guijkl;vcjzxvk;jf (can’t pronounce his last name) and the other Propeller people - although I’m actually on a different project. I’m in more of a manager/director role now.

Anyway, Mat noticed I had your FWA desktop on my machine here - I didn’t even realize it was the same person!

EA was making you do so much garbage and totally wasting your skills (though I imagine you know that) - everything on here is great stuff.

    Greetings from Berlin,

I really liked your lissajous art examples. I tried the equations in Actionscript, varying n, X, Y , a, b on an on EnterFrame, but the best that I have achieved is an increasingly ugly “polygonal” spiral flower shape! I’m stumped.

I’ve programed simple sin wave variations fairly successfully and would now like to increase my expertise.

Do you have some pointers for usage of these formulas? Or could you point me to a link where I can learn more about the trig involved?

    Thanks in advance,

    Peter Bennett

    Hello Ryan ,

    Blair here from Vancouver Canada,

Thanx alot for all the cool things you have shared in your blog, just as Peted did, I really found the lissajous code really interesting as well as the color stuff. Infact I made my self a few snippets with those that turned out very usefull.

For you and I suppose whom ever comes accross this post…
